All orders from this store are shipped globally from our warehouse in the UK. All shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your order.​​

We currently ship to the UK only, using tracked services. The service used may vary by location.​

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (*we do not refund shipping costs). Outside of this 30 day period we are unable to offer a refund unless in exceptional circumstances which would be decided by a member of our team.

If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to hello@kidsplayfootball.co.uk before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your original order and make a new order on the website.
